A few months ago, a client of mine shared a tool with me. It was and still is a total gamechanger. We all know that AI is insanely powerful. It’s also frustratingly silo’d if you’re using the standard ChatGPT interface.
Enter hunch.tools.
Hunch allows you to connect and daisy chain different AI processes together - letting your outputs turn into inputs for the next AI-process in a chain. Instead of manually typing and prompting away repeatedly, you can set it up once and run it repeatedly. It’s like a macro in Excel. I’ve been tackling complex tasks by stringing together the right tools in a smart, streamlined way.
Why should you care? Because Hunch.tools isn’t just for the techies in the basement anymore. It’s designed to be accessible, which means you don't have to go be technical at all to leverage its power. It turns sophisticated AI capabilities into something as user-friendly as a miro board.
This means you can leverage up and amplify the output of anyone that uses it - including your team. You can save processes into a canvas and share with them, scaling up bandwidth + capability.
Here’s an example of how I use it to create youtube scripts.
From left to right:
- input box takes the video idea (manual input)
- the next box takes this idea and performs background research (Perplexity)
- next box takes this research and creates a script outline (open ai)
- next box takes script outline and writes the prose (open ai)
- next box reads the script and provides feedback (open ai)
- box at the end creates title ideas (open ai)
- separate box after that generates thumbnail ideas ideas (stable diffusion)
The beauty behind this is that you can link together different services to create a larger system. ChatGPT often hallucinates, so you can use Perplexity to do more fact-based research and have sources cited.
Think about enhancing your team’s productivity. Hunch isn’t just about speeding up processes, it’s also about leveling up your team's skills without formal training. If one individual can create a well designed system, they can pass it off to anyone and that anyone can use the system to create an output that has consistent quality.
They become autonomous operators within this AI ecosystem, able to execute without constant hand-holding.
